Summerlin

Summerlin is the United States’ premier master-planned community, containing 22,500 acres, 15 distinct home builders, countless parks and recreation facilities, along with masterfully planned commercial and dining areas.  Within Summerlin each individual neighborhood is centered around its own major park or golf course.  While still being built, the community will eventually be home to 30 villages.  Each area will feature dozens of thoughtfully planned areas with a unique selection of homes, town homes, condominiums, and apartments.  
Each Summerlin village has its own distinctive style of architecture and design, evident in streetscapes, landscaping, and varying elevations.  

Summerlin is home to the first PGA TOUR Tournament Players Club (TPC) stadium golf course in Nevada. The Howard Hughes Corporation entered into an exclusive agreement with the PGA TOUR to bring the TPC to Summerlin. This private 18-hole championship golf course, which opened in 1991, is located at Summerlin's front door in The Hills South Village near Summerlin Parkway and Town Center Drive.
