Southern Highlands

This 2,300 acre master planned community of Southern Highlands includes two communities. On the north end is The Estates which features the Southern Highlands Golf and Country Club. The Estates contains both custom sites and high end Christopher Home sites, many with golf course frontage. The south end features “The Villages at Southern Highlands”.  Here there are more than 75 model homes showcased by over a dozen builders.  Southern Highlands is planned to include a trail system, public and private schools, shopping venues, restaurants, and medical facilities.  Parks will encompass more than 50 acres.  The commute to the airport and the center of the strip is no more than 15 to 20 minutes.
