Green Valley Ranch

The master-planned community of Green Valley Ranch is located south of Lake Mead Drive in Henderson, NV.  It extends both east and west of Valle Verde Drive and south of the 215 Beltway.  It is a small planned community with around 3,100 total residences.  All the homes are relatively new with a good selection of resale properties on the market.  It is distinguished by its beautiful parks, recreation areas, and the open-air shopping area of The District (link to: http://www.thedistrictatgvr.com/).  Building lots to choose from vary from condos all the way to sprawling custom homes.  With the opening of the 215 Beltway past Valle Verde and the new interchange, the commute to the rest of Las Vegas is effortless with an approximate 15 minute drive to the center of the strip.
